To perform accounting tasks (eg.: keying transaction into system, preparing payment and receipts voucher)
Prepare Purchase Order and liases with suppliers
Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
Preparing monthly management reports and bank reconciliation
To liaise with auditors, bankers, and company secretary in ensuring proper account management.
Perform general office administration duties
Requirement
Candidate must posses at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in any equivalent fields of study, preferably someone who have minimum 2 year experience
FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multitasking and well time management.
Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office
Language: Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Melayu, English
