Job Description

Responsible

  • To perform accounting tasks (eg.: keying transaction into system, preparing payment and receipts voucher)
  • Prepare Purchase Order and liases with suppliers
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
  • Preparing monthly management reports and bank reconciliation
  • To liaise with auditors, bankers, and company secretary in ensuring proper account management.
  • Perform general office administration duties
Requirement
  • Candidate must posses at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in any equivalent fields of study, preferably someone who have minimum 2 year experience
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitasking and well time management.
  • Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office
  • Language: Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Melayu, English

  • Salary RM 2,500 and above (negotiable, depends on position)
  • Preferably chinese speaking candidate
