Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport, Dynamic and Positive Attitude
  • Willing to work in Selangor- Puncak Alam Eco Business Park 5.5 Days Working
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • To handle monthly expense and bill payment
  • To monitor AP part and creditor aging
  • Issue Payment Reminder to debtor
  • Handle proper documents filling system for all related record, do monthly closing and submission to secretary.
  • Assist in maintain and ensure ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated as per ISO requirements.
  • Monitoring Company Vehicles - Insurance, Road Tax & Summons
  • Handle stationery & pantry stuff.
  • To monitor the renewal, payment and worker permits
  • monitoring employee attendance and staff claim/leave
