Posting on behalf of the client: Our client is a marketing and advertising consultancy. As the company grew, the focus evolved to human development with an emphasis on soft-skill training to help people seeking employment. Today, our client is teaming up with government bodies to put out training courses to help fresh graduates and unemployed individuals. The most noticeable project is the MyStep program. Job Responsibilities:
Contract length: 3 months Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ensure proper accounting documentations filing system.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditor, company\xe2\x80\x99s secretary and tax agent.
- Maintenance of office equipment .
- Liaise with government\xe2\x80\x99s body regarding application of grants and other related matters.
- Responsible in data entry operation of personnel records such as annual and medical leaves, payroll, overtime and claims.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post.
- Checks all tendering documents .
- Maintain proper accounting records by making copies and filing documents
- Update bank balance and check bank statement for reconciliation
- Maintain and update daily cash flow Check and verify all the AP & AR transaction
- Candidates that possess or studying to qualify for LCCI/CAT certification/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Knowledgeable in SQL Accounting Systems
- Able to work independently and work well with others
- High team spirit, self-motivated, go-getter, presentable, resourceful, assertive, independent, communicative, and analytical and detail orientated.

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Accounting Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
