1) Assist with data entry for invoices, receipts and payments
2) Assist prepare monthly reports and account reconciliation
3) Process and check for completeness and outstanding customer's documentation
4) Coordinate and follow up with sales site for any outstanding.
5) Monitor & follow up ongoing cases with Sales and respective parties
6) Ensure compliance and protocol with company internal policies and SOP.
7) Assist in ad hoc tasks which is related to job role.
8) Maintain filing and documents
9) Manage office supplies and coordinate courier services.
10) Assist with HR documentation and staff claims.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking field
Fresh Graduates or 1 year of experience welcome
Accounting knowledge
Knowledgeable in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and accounting software
Strong attention to details and analytical skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude
Mandarin speaker
Proficient in English and able to communicate Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
