Maintain proper filing of documentation & ensure all accounting records are properly updated in accounting system.
Responsible in daily accounting function such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, petty cash, cash flow, monthly claim payments and other related general accounting tasks as assigned.
To prepare outgoing cheque and online transfer.
Occasionally travel to bank in a cheque, withdrawal of cash, submission of form and other related works.
Ensure timely payments for general office expenses such as utilities, rentals, telecommunications payment deadline and yearly renewal of licenses.
Data entry, answer incoming calls & inventory control and follow up given task.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any adhoc task as assigned.
To assist superior in Human Resources, Company Secretary, Purchasing matters and other company-related activities upon request.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Admin or Accounting field.
Experience in construction company is an added advantage.
Computer literacy in SQL software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency.
