We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the wider finance team in maintaining financial health and integrity.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, receipts, vouchers & bank statements.
Perform data entry and update cash book.
Prepare bank reconciliation.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Liaise with vendors, clients and internal department regarding financial transaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QNE or any similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
