Job Description
Responsible
- To perform accounting tasks (eg.: keying transaction into system, preparing payment and receipts voucher)
- Prepare Purchase Order and liases with suppliers
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
- Preparing monthly management reports and bank reconciliation
- To liaise with auditors, bankers, and company secretary in ensuring proper account management.
- Perform general office administration duties
- Candidate must posses at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in any equivalent fields of study, preferably someone who have minimum 2 year experience
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitasking and well time management.
- Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office
- Language: Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Melayu, English
- 5 days working
- Location: Kapar (Klang)
- Salary RM 2,500 and above (negotiable, depends on position)
- Preferably chinese speaking candidate
- Maternity leave
- Parental leave
- Monday to Friday
- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
