- Key in cash expenses voucher and photostat billing.

- Key in payment record

- Print out every month quantity item sold on staff commission

- Check CTOS for new customers before make a payment voucher.

- Checking branch sales from SQL and key in

- Check summary sales for the year from SQL and key in

- Key in summary RHB credit card report

- Check recon of credit card and money transfer to bank global

- Key in monthly summary petrol record from company petrol card

- Filing account report

- Record outstanding balance for debtors and do the report for Bosses.

Procedure:

-Check SQL to key in report

- Photostat report and filing Update work with the finance manager

- Check cash sales report from SQL to tally with global and battery4u cash sales report

- Work close with the sales admin to check the payment voucher

- Alliance with the customer for payment voucher

- Update customer on outstanding payment (SOA)

- Update with finance manager after checking and for report

- Update with director with debtors record of outstanding payment (Aging report)
