Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments accurately. Assist in preparing

monthly financial reports and account reconciliations

. Process and verify customer documentation for completeness and follow up on outstanding matters. Coordinate with the

sales team

to monitor ongoing cases and ensure proper documentation flow. Ensure compliance with company

policies, procedures, and SOPs

. Maintain proper

filing systems and documentation

for finance and admin records. Manage

office supplies, courier arrangements, and general office upkeep

. Assist in

HR-related documentation

such as staff claims, attendance, and leave records. Support ad-hoc administrative and accounting assignments as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with

up to 1 year of experience

are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and accounting software. Strong

attention to detail

with good analytical skills. Able to

work under pressure

and meet reporting deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
