Job Description



We are a World Famous Bicycle Concept store & F&B business line. We are looking for Account & Admin.

-Responsible in payment collection receivable, data entry ,prepare quotations and monthly invoices.

- Handle banking matters / Petty Cash Flow and payments.

-Handle Full set account

- To provide supports to the Accounts Department and Procurement.
- General filing, documentation preparation, book keeping and data entry
-conduct external audit procedures, prepare working papers and audit report, and prepare corporate tax computation.
- Able to work as a team
- Computer literate, able to use Words, Excel and Accounting Softwares (SQL or others)
- 1 - 3 years working experience in accounting and audit field are added advantage
- SPM /STPM leavers or Diploma Holder are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge of SST/GST

Prepare and submit customer invoices.



Code, post and receipt payments (official receipt). Prepare and coordinate deposit activities. Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations. Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment. Check, verify and process invoices. Analyse discrepancies and unpaid invoices. Maintain vendor files and record for asset. Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records. Assist in month end reporting procedures. Track and audit petty cash. Assist with employee expense reports. Perform filing and general administrative tasks. Bank in cheque & submit transfer slip to bank. To manage data entry & full set of accounts.
Responsibilities :

Perform billing and clerical functions to support Accounts Team Issue cheque and collect payment Input data into Accounting system Verify & prepare invoice, debit notes and credit notes, payment vouchers Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective documents control for easy access and retrieval Perform stock take Verify recorded transactions to supporting records To provide administrative and secretarial support such as documentation, filing, etc. To liaise with suppliers / customers for payment arrangements
- Proficient in written / spoken English and BM- Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage- Able to prepare full set accounts for audit with minimum supervision- Reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, independent and self motivated- Good communication and interpersonal skillssalary given will be adjusted depending on level of experience.Please get in touch with us for interview by email to us.
