We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account cum Admin Executive to manage daily administrative tasks and handle financial/accounting matters for our petrol station.
Responsibilities:
Able to do a
full set account
including balance sheet, Profit & Loss & trial Balance.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.
Monitor Daily settlement reports printed from POS system & terminal against respective settlements
To perform mart physical stock-take monthly.
Oversee the supervisor's Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for mart / station operational requirements
Oversee Cashier Operations
Handle general office administration, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Assistant or similar role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Familiarity with accounting software especially MYOB
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Preferably start immediately.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
