Job Description


  • Assist in handling account receivable routine operation (Issue invoice, issue CN, follow up payment).
  • Prepare monthly statement, P & L report & payment voucher.
  • Follow up customer payment and general office management such as filling, answering incoming calls, follow up customer & collect customer orders.
  • Conduct proper filing and maintain good filling room discipline to ensure systematic and tidy document management.
  • Providing general administrative and account support.
  • Coordinate office operations to secure efficiency.
