Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Overseeing payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
Managing office operations, including overseeing administrative staff, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors
Requirements:
Mininum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
3 years of experiences in related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proven experience in accounting and administrative management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software programs
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
