Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including supplier invoice processing and payment posting Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness Prepare supplier payment vouchers, cheques, and online payment instructions Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records and payment transactions Monitor and reconcile supplier statements and accounts Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies or payment issues Assist in daily data entry, updating of accounts, and administrative support Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Excel functions Handle any banking-related matters when required

Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or related field (training will be provided) Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Language proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work independently, responsibly, and proactively with attention to detail Preferred Skills Familiar with supplier invoice and payment posting workflow Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
