1. Bookkeeping/General accounting and keep record for external accountant to proceed
2. Invoicing, monitoring and reconciliation claims for varying departments/agencies including performing e-invoicing and follow up where/when necessary.
3. Monitoring HR duties and payroll including process for payment via HR Software/app
4. Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Com Secretory, Tax Agent, Clients, etc. to ensure all are in order.
5. All other task/services as directed by superiors.
