About the role:



As an

Account cum Admin Executive

, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:



Financial Management:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive support to ensure efficient office operations, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain timely availability and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with proficiency and professionalism.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings accurately. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries regarding billing and accounts promptly.

Requirements:



Possess at least a Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Knowledge of local accounting regulations and practices is advantageous.
