3. Key Responsibilities:
? Handle a full set of accounts including data entry, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation.
? Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and bank reconciliation.
? Manage petty cash, staff claims, and payment vouchers.
? Assist in payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
? Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
? Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers when required.
? Support administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
4. Requirements:
? Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
? At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or admin field.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
? Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
