We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts cum Administrative Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
, be able to handle order processing and billing, and assist with document preparation for audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (AP/AR):
Handle full set of accounts, including AP and AR functions.
Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
Order Processing & Billing:
Process customer orders, generate invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain billing records and ensure accuracy in pricing and documentation.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and organize up-to-date documentation for accounting and administrative purposes.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documents during audit periods.
Manage office administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of relevant working experience
in accounting or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in Subang office.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
