Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable, accounts payable and income audit function.
• Prepare full set of financial statements, cash flow and monthly management reports.
• Responsible for the reconciliations and ensure unreconciled items are cleared on timely basis.
• Ensure that the daily transactions are accounted on timely basis and accuracy of management reporting and financial analysis.
• To ensure accuracy of costing and highlight areas of concern to management.
• To coordinate and prepare financial budget.
• To liaise with auditors and external parties.
• To support management decision making in term of financial view point.
• Report directly to CEO and Director.

Requirements:

• Preferably with Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA/CIMA Level 2 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in financial accounting and management.
• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 2-years relevant working experiences will be considered too.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel. Knowledge in AccTrak21/BizTrak or any accounting software will be an advantage.
• Dedicated, integrity and sharp analysis skill are essential.
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
