  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Manage employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as EPF, SOCSO, and income tax returns, accurately and on time.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Support the performance management process, including conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback to employees, and identifying training and development needs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
