Job Description

Main Responsibilities:



Manage daily sales transactions from all branches, record payments in Excel and the accounting system, and ensure accuracy. Reconcile sales records with account statements and follow up on unrecorded cash sales or pending payments. Assist in preparing monthly

Accounts Receivable (AR)

reports and support audit-related tasks. Liaise with government agencies on operational matters when needed. Perform basic technical and operational tasks, and ensure company assets (e.g. cash registers, CCTV, fire extinguishers) are in good working condition. Deliver and handle stock to branches or assigned locations, including safe loading, unloading, and organizing storage areas. Set up and dismantle promotional booths, racks, and equipment before and after events.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum SPM with Mathematics and Prinsip Akaun at Good Credit level (Gred B and above). Basic knowledge of

Accounts Receivable (AR)

processes, Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work with external parties or agencies. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Possess a valid

Class D driving license

.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
