This role focuses on supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations, customer service, and marketing postings. You will also be working closely with other departments and supervisors to meet company goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Operations / Inventory & Order Management
Monitor each store's chat, return, and cancellation cases.
Follow up on orders from placement until completion.
Issue customer invoices via email upon request.
Coordinate with the warehouse for ongoing cases (e.g., wrong item, incomplete order, late shipment, cancellations).
Check and update inventory regularly.
Record
daily cash sales
and assist with monthly platform account settlements.
Customer Service
Reply to chats using AI chat systems on Shopee, Lazada, and WhatsApp.
Handle customer complaints and support walk-in customer orders.
Marketing & Posting
Create and upload new product postings on e-commerce platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
