• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or payroll.
• Proficient in SQL / AutoCount or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
• Prepare monthly financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Assist with audit, tax filing, and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Payroll & HR Support

• Manage monthly payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions.
• Prepare payslips, handle staff claims, leave records, and attendance reports.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as new staff onboarding and record keeping.
