Assist Account Department in the area of AR, AP and General Accounting activities for the group of company
Carry out general administration and daily operation in the office
Documentation filling, data entry and general paperwork
Prepare documentation such as invoice, DO, PO or other necessary sales documents to customer and supplier
Assist and support the executive and the management whenever deem fit, in all areas.
Monitoring Staff attendance & Claims
Support HR roles as when needed for example Recruitment, Training and etc.
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Prepare purchase orders and track delivery timelines
Maintain updated records of purchased products and vendor information
Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery schedules
Assist in inventory checks and monitor stock levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,132.40 per month
