• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field.

Skills:

• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin speakers are preferred due to client interactions.
• Technical: Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software, particularly SQL Accounting Software.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Perform data entry, manage reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulatory documents.
• Financial Reporting: Under senior staff guidance, prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and clients for the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest accounting and tax regulations, as well as advancements in software tools.
• Adaptability: Take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.
