Open Position: Account Development & Relationship Director (IT Solution Provider)A reputable IT Solution Provider is hiring Account Development & Relationship Director to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and address customer challenges by increasing business values and solving the underlying issues
- Analyse business performance and develop new solutions/opportunities to align to customerxe2x80x99s short and long-term business goals
- Manage the overall business P&L with direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals and determine annual profit goal through the budget process including detailed sales, direct contribution margin and expense budgets
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the high quality of service and project deliveries to customers
- Good experience working within the IT Solutions Industry with exposure supporting IT-based customers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and present to the C-Suite stakeholders
