- Is a flexible, resourceful and proactive individual, able to produce results with minimal guidance and under tight deadlines

- Has the ability to work well under pressure and at high volume without compromising quality. Qualifications

- Master, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management emphasized on management and technical capability/competency

- More than 10 years of MNC industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.

- Experience with the specific client (as supplier or former employee) is a plus
