Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing clients, ensuring that their specific needs and goals are met. They will work collaboratively with various teams within the company and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of client projects. The successful candidate will also be accountable for managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Account Director or in a related role Experience in managing projects for clients, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related industry is a plus
