Account Engagement Executive (field Sales)

Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably in healthcare / business related studies.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales / marketing experience.
  • Responsible in achieving sales target for assigned area.
  • Based in Klang Valley, and possess own transport and able to travel within assigned territories (in-base / outstation).
  • Good sense of urgency and adaptable to changes.
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare outdoor sales such as pharmaceutical, medical device would be an added advantage.
  • To be able to assist on the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible on selling orthodontic clear aligner solutions to dental clinics in assigned territory.
  • Manage existing dental clinic partnerships, building trust, and long-term relationships with dentists.
  • Identify business collaboration opportunity with existing / new customers.
  • Maintain effective and proactive communication within the team & with customers.
  • Achieve & exceed monthly sales target on assigned territories.
