Job Requirements:

? Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

? Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.

? Able to work with minimum supervision and time management skill

? Computer literate in using autocount & Microsoft office will be an added advantage.

? Eye for details & produce work with accuracy and able to meet deadlines.

? Positive character attributes, reliable and able to work independently.

? Experience in Audit Firm/Tax firm will be an added advantage.

? 5 Working days per week.

:

? Able to handle full set account.

? To issue, monitor & ensure all invoices, receipts, reimbursements are received in time for closing.

? Organise and file daily documents.

? Liaise with auditors when necessary.

? Prepare secretary documentation.

? Responsible for closing monthly management accounts on a timely manner.

? Responsible for recording/reviewing the accounting transactions accurately and completely into the accounting system.

? Responsible for updating bank, creditors' and debtors' reconciliations.

? Provide relevant support to the team from time to time as instructed by the Superior/Management.

? Able to review closing account and handle company tax estimation (senior)

? Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
