\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for day-to-day credit and collection tasks; \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete, update and reconcile daily bank record to ensure no discrepancy between bank record and daily transaction record. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all Collection activities are recorded correctly and in a timely manner; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely and high-quality billings, AR records, and Statement of Accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging to ensure prompt collections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile, prepare and submit monthly and annual financial report for management within closing timeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and liaise with customers and other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries or problems that arise on invoicing and collection issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in financial audit, taxation, statutory and banking matters including liaisons with the banker, auditor and tax agent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support on ad-hoc, monthly and annual financial & management reports. Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years working experience and experience in Account Receivable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior knowledge on Sage/UBS accounting software will be added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in full set account will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate Vacancy - Able to report immediately
