The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia\'s new international business and financial district. The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\'s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park. We are looking to build our mall finance operations team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role of Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and issue resolution. Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments. Reconcile expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to expense policies. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence. Assist in month-end closing activities, such as reconciling accounts payable sub-ledgers and preparing reports for management. Provide support in generating accounts payable reports and analysis for financial reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to accounts payable. Requirements Diploma / Degree qualification in Business or Commerce with a major or sub major in accounting and/or Finance or equivalent. Competence in accounting and basic MS & related softwares (Yardi system) Property and infrastructure or investment management industry experience preferred. Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels. Highly detail oriented and organised in work.
