Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mandarin speaking is mandatory for internal/external communication.
Minimum more than 5 years' experience in account and admin works.
Quick learner with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with strong time management, prioritization, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with SQL accounting systems is an advantage.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for full set of accounts includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, tax, and treasury issues.
-To key in/ prepare supplier invoices, customer's CN, DN, expenses and misc.
- Monitoring day to day operations of financial activities and to ensure all transaction are maintained in an effective, up to date and in accurate manner.
- To handle daily cash/cheque/ewallet payment received, general OR, petty cash and bank in cheque.
-to handle hire purchase, loan installment, rental, property's matter, company vehicles service & puspakom arrangement
-To handle monthly payroll, statutory payments, yearly Form E submission, CP22A(employee resigned), CP22(new employee), employment agreement stamping and etc.
- Review monthly accounts, variance analysis and highlight key weakness.
- To prepare and review for budget and financial forecast.
- To prepare monthly & yearly financial report, Profit &Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, customers & suppliers aging , fixed asset listing and etc
- To prepare monthly payments and payment vouchers.
- Ensure tax compliance and co-ordinate year and audit.
- To supervise and perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filling system, safekeeping of statutory documents tax returns and GST/SST submission.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary to ensure all matters relating to bank, audit, tax and statutory requirement are complied.
- Assist in preparation of financial analysis, business valuation and any related report for management.
- Overall in-charge of accounts administrative work.
