Job Description
Account Executive - AR
Our client is based at JB town area.
Industry: Palm Oil
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
:
- Responsible for end-to-end AR processing.
- Manage the day sales outstanding figures.
- Follow up and work closely with Sales team for overdue payments.
- Update Monthly AR Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintenance Stock Inventory Report.
- Maintenance Fixed Assets Schedule.
- Maintenance Prepayments & Accruals Schedule
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Accounting/Finance/ Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
