We are urgently looking for a committed and detail-oriented

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records. Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports. Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, and forecast planning. Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts. Review and verify invoices, claims, payment vouchers, and staff reimbursements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

5 years of working experience

in accounting or a related finance role. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Highly organized with strong communication and time management skills. Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Technical/Software Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Autocount, UBS, or similar). Familiarity with e-invoicing, online banking systems, and financial digital tools is an advantage.

Contract Type & Benefits:
