Job Description

AUTHORITIES

1. Responsible to prepare monthly Financial Report every month and generate final Financial Report for audit purpose.

2. Responsible to generate final Financial Report for audit purpose for under related company.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To Key-in all payment voucher from KL office in UBS Accounting.

2. To monitor and key-in all sales invoice, credit note and payment received into UBS Accounting System.

3. To prepare Bank reconciliation for all account that RWNA have every month.

4.Responsible to request bank statement for Fixed Deposit and Hire Purchase from all related bank.

5. To prepare and update the term loan hire purchase interest at the end of every month and key into UBS Accounting System.

6. To check and key in receipt reconciliation into UBS Accounting System.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Report to the Accountant in conjunction to Finance Manager.

2. Responsible on preparation of documents for Internal & Financial Audit.

3. To handle and update record for assets that financing by banks and finance institutions.

4. Any others work which is professionally informed by superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
