Key Responsibilities:

Handle and prepare

full set of accounts

, including:
- General Ledger/ Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation & Monthly journal entries and adjustments.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts. Liaise with external auditors during audit processes and provide necessary documentation. Manage and submit statutory filings such as SST, CP204, CP58, E-Filing, etc. Handle payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records and filing systems. Issue invoices to customers and verify expense claims. Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance

, or related field. At least

2-3 years of working experience

in accounting, especially in handling full set of accounts. Proficient in accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or equivalent. Strong skills in

Microsoft Excel and Word

. Knowledge of Malaysian taxation and accounting standards is required. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia and English
