Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to handle the company's full set of accounts and daily finance operations. The role includes preparing financial reports, managing payments, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:



Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and ensure all records are accurate. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, bank reconciliation). Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments on time. Monitor cash flow, payables, and ensure timely payment of bills and statutory contributions. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities on audit and tax matters. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and support management in financial matters.

Requirement:



Working experience in accounting field with at least 3-4 yrs Accounting Software - SQL (easy to master) Cert or Degree in Accountancy or any related qualifications with available years of practical experience Strong time management skills Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
