Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee end-to-end activities. You will act as the main contact for clients, understand their requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates. Manage interview arrangements, feedback, and offer processes. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts. Prepare reports, proposals, and follow up on billing and payments.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in recruitment or client servicing. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
