WE ARE HIRING - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Package:

Fixed Basic Salary: RM2,000

Monthly Allowance: RM700

Working Hours:

6-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
10.00am - 6.30pm

Education Requirement:

Preferably with Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in account management or related field (Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling company accounts, managing records, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks and transactions

Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external vendors as required

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage
Familiar with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL, Auto Count, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
A team player with a proactive attitude
