Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (experience in construction accounts preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling monthly accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Monitor project-related accounts, costing, and expenses (construction projects preferred).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents and other external parties.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
