Job Description

  • High adaptability in accounting software usage
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in full set account of few companies
  • To liaise with company secretary, auditor and tax agent
  • To attend and provide support to internal / external auditor
  • To communicate with workshop manager/workers to ensure smooth running of the to prepare, analyze and report financial results
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis.
  • To submit management report as per dateline
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filing.
  • Handle payroll for the company (below 50 headcount)
  • Manage and maintain employee date
  • Provide general administrative support to the company
