Duties and Responsibilities :
Experienced in preparing monthly management of accounts (full sets)
Assist in managing company's transaction documents: invoices, receipts and payment vouchers
Managing claim forms
Assist in making monthly scheduled payments
Mantaining a healthy cashflow & budgeting for the company
Daily upkeeping & maintenance of finance records
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cashbook, Creditor and Debtor
Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company: SQL
Assit HR in HR administrative work
working hours:
8.30am-5.30pm (Mon -Friday)
8.30am-12.30pm (Saturday) -alternative
