Menyediakan laporan bulanan asas seperti income & expense summary.* Menyemak dan memproses pembayaran kepada pembekal dan vendor.
Menguruskan tuntutan perbelanjaan (claim) staff & vendor.
Pembelian / Purchasing
Mengurus proses pembelian bahan mentah, barangan operasi & kelengkapan katering.
Mendapatkan quotationdan membuat perbandingan harga daripada pembekal.
Memastikan stok bahan & keperluan dapur mencukupi untuk setiap event.
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pembekal dan memastikan penghantaran tepat masa.
Kriteria Calon
Lelaki / Perempuan, berpengalaman sekurang-kurangnya
1-2 tahun
dalam bidang akaun atau pembelian.
Minimum
Diploma
dalam bidang Akaun, Kewangan, Perniagaan atau setara.
Mempunyai kemahiran menggunakan
Microsoft Excel / Word
, dan bonus jika tahu guna
SQL / AutoCount / accounting software.
Teliti, jujur dan boleh bekerja dengan pengawasan minima.
Boleh bekerja dalam persekitaran pantas & event-based operation.* Calon dengan pengalaman dalam industri
F&B / katering / restoran
akan diberi keutamaan.
