Job Description

Account Executive



Salary range: RM2,000 - RM4,000

Location: Desa Pandan, KL

Responsibilities:



o? ?Handling full set of accounts perform month end closing in timely manner.

o? ?Prepare the monthly management report and submission

o? ?Prepare the analysis report of monthly financial performance result.

o? ?Issue sale invoice and follow up collection with sales/project department.

o? ?Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.

o? ?Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker for all accounting related matters.

o? ?Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments

Requirements:



o? ?Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification in ACCA/CIMA or equivalent., or related field.

o? ?1-3 years experience in account management, preferably in construction or related industries.

o? ?Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

o? ?Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SQL tools is an added advantage.

o? ?Preferable Mandarin speaker.
