Responsiblities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for newly added fixed assets, FA tagging c/w serial number, tracking the existing, calculating and recording FA depreciation as well as accounting for disposed fixed assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions into system before 5th every month \xe2\x80\xa2 To record fixed asset revaluation based on MPERS accounting standard \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and control Standard of Procedure (SOP) and forms of fixed asset record \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign tag numbers to fixed assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare documentation & claim\xe2\x80\x99s payment for purchasing of fixed asset \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all asset is ready for new outlet opening \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing payment to vendor for purchasing of fixed asset by cheque or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with financial institution related to financing of fixed asset acquisition \xe2\x80\xa2 To record all invoices and credit note (CN) related to fixed asset purchased \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct physical counts & audit on fixed asset periodically for group of companies & analyse the potential of obsolescene of fixed assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets every month (before 10th) \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation on monthly basis (before 10th) \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain fixed asset information in ERP & Excel including their serial number and asset tagging number bu Fixed Asset Category \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile Fixed Asset Listing in Excel form and Fixed Asset subsidiary ledger to ensure all Asset are key in accurately in accounting system \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare analysis related to fixed asset as requested by Management \xe2\x80\xa2 To apply petrol card for new entitlement and payment for petrol vendor \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the company MV, renewal of insurance & Company motor vehicle road tax, and payment to Puspakom \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superiors Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Required skill(s): erp software, MS Excel, MS Office. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Possess strong analytical & mathematical skills, sense of urgency, positive working attitude & display a lot of initiative. - Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA TERENGGANU.
