Handle full set of accounts and monthly closings, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance. Hotel industry exposure is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
Prepare monthly closings: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and schedules.
Handle invoices, payments, receipts, credit notes, and aging reports.
Reconcile accounts and resolve variances with proper documentation.
Prepare SST workings/submissions and support external audits.
Maintain fixed asset register, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
Collaborate with operations/HR/Procurement to validate costs and improve controls.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
Minimum 2-3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.
Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; strong reconciliation skills.
Able to work on-site in Batu Ferringhi (Lone Pine Hotel); organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Hotel/hospitality accounting experience is an added advantage.
