Job Description

:

Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports. Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions. Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc. Responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters. Maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures. Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement. Prepare payment to vendor and manage online banking matter. Prepare and manage account/bank reconciliations. Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree holder or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting (full or partial), equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree. At least 3 years of working experience in related field with a proven track record. Strong

. Proficient in accounting system(s) and MS Office package (Excel, etc.) Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
