Account Executive

Job Description

- Involved in the daily operations of accounting, financial, and administrative functions.

- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, and bankers to ensure seamless financial operations

- Provide support for ad-hoc financial and accounting projects as required.

Other Key Skills Supported by Relevant Past Experiences

- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data recording and reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identity and resolve financial discrepancies.

- Familiarity with banking, audit, and company secretarial practices, offering added value to financial operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
