Job Description

Manage the

entire accounting cycle

, including

Accounts Payable (AP)

,

Accounts Receivable (AR)

,

General Ledger (GL)

, and

payroll processing

- handling a

full set of accounts

. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Perform

bank reconciliations

and

balance sheet account reconciliations

, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies. Assist with

tax filings

and ensure full compliance with local tax laws and internal corporate policies. Support the development of

budgets and financial forecasts

, delivering accurate data to support strategic business decisions. Oversee the

month-end and year-end closing processes

, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Provide end-to-end support during

internal and external audits

, including preparing documentation and addressing audit queries. Analyze key

financial performance indicators

, identify trends and variances, and recommend strategies to improve

cost efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

, preferably in a

holding company

or

multi-entity/manufacturing environment

. Strong proficiency in

accounting software

and

Microsoft Excel

; experience with

ERP systems

is an added advantage. Excellent
